I put all new struts on my 93 es300 while i had the money, and every since then, the rear struts are noisy and when ANYONE no matter the size is in my backseat the car will bottom out on the bumps...What they hell would cause this...Is there anything else with the suspension that would make the car do this besides the struts? Or maybe I should check out some different struts...Any recommendations?

If the struts aren't resistant enough they will bottom out even if new. To stop that from happening you may need to replace the suspension with new stuff, if the struts you got were to OEM specification.
