Default good price to pay for a 1992 es300

ok im sure none of you know me but i actually came from the es300 camp (1993 es300) before i joined the forums so im very familiar with them. bought my 2001 gs430 in nov of 2007 and love it sold my old es300 to my father, well my sis is looking at a 1992 white es300 with 197k on it...my mechanic is a family friend and he's the one selling it so i know its in good shape. new motor, new tranny (well not new but new to the car) it needs rear struts i know. im gonna go test drive it tomorrow but what do you think.......? he wants 2500 for us....

im sure the stupid antenna mast will be out (yeah i replaced mine and even now its out again in my dad's) im sure the clusters flickering (i had mine rebuilt) nething else i have forgotten since i have owned my es300 that i need to look for?

If the engine and tranny is new then 2500 is a good price even tho u still need to fix something else . i think it worth it .

I really like the Consumer Guide Automotive in determining a fair market-reflective price.
