Mix n Match Radiators....
The radiator in my aunts 1993 ES300 took an explosive blast south last night. There isn't much money to work with to replace the radiator(repairing is not an option) she was quoted approx. $1000 to fix, perhaps less if able to locate that paticular radiator aftermarket/used. I am confident I can find and fix her car for a fraction the cost by replacing with a radiator from a different make car, the only problem with that is I'm not familiar with what the exact year or make and model that uses the same radiator. I've been reading the posts here for over an hour now and have came to the conclusion Toyota is the make, would someone please be kind enough to fill in the blanks for me and any tid bits you feel will help this chick out getting aunts car up n running for her at minimal expense. Thanks

Check you local auto parts store, you will find they sell a exact replacement for app $130. I replaced mine, it will take less than two hours. I would recomend buying a couple rad hoses while you are at it.

Glad to hear it went well. The es3oo is basically a camry, with a upgraded interior. Mechanically they are identical (I believe that the brakes are a little different). Since the camry is a popular car, you can find most parts aftermarket/auto part stores for a lot less than a dealership. When it comes to interior parts, try ebay.
