I want to know if im chopped n screwed.
Recently my father inherited me his 95' Es 300. its in working state lots of scratches and stuff and in pretty bad condition for having 130k miles (lots of repairs). He didnt take care of the car at all technically. A friend recently changed his elantra for a z. I could take the elantra even with cylinder misfires but i want to know if there is anything i can do to beat the z with my es300 ( turbos? chips?) or will it all be futile in the end. I know its not a racing car but its kinda all i got. He needs to pack more than 300hp.
If i cant beat him racing at least i want to know where to get a decent body kit since there is only 2 in all google.
Any advice gladly apreciated.

turbos are a no go on the 3vz, not sure about the 1mz since i dont have one, pretty sure the situation is similar. not to mention there is already no room to fit one. the chips are pretty much bogus and stock power is 148kw (about 200-210hp i think), getting it up to 300 would be all but impossible without a complete rebuild (probably better to drop in a different engine) and also 300hp on a FWD would result in a horrible amount of torque steering.

Then the Es300 is not for you. I don't know how old you are, but it appears you are at that point in your life where you want speed, power and performance. That is not what an ES300 is all about, and you'll spend insane amounts of money trying to make the car what it's just not meant to be.
Sell it and get something else as cadleone suggests.

obviously youre not an ES kind of guy....there are some performance mods for the ES, but you cant make it beat a Z without loads of work and money
a friend of mine runs a s/c 1994 camry V6 manual swap with heavy mods and its pushing 250hp to the wheels. Ive seen a TT 1994 auto camry as well with 650hp, but again all that work is custom and it takes alot of time and $
there is the TRD supercharger for the 1mz-fe V6, and theres intakes/exhausts/headers you can buy, but finding them will take some digging and some modification possibly since all the above parts are made for the camry/solara 1mz-fe (97-02)..
im 20 yrs old, but i have mature taste and i perfer a luxury car over a sports car....i dont race and i rarely speed...i have no need to race people

stock 1mz power is more like 190hp for the non VVTi motors and 210hp for the VVTi motors...
plenty of power for a nice daily driver IMO.

Stock? Highly unlikely it will be a Z. With the sc300 you have a lot more options in expandability though. The ES300 is a great a car, but it was not meant to modified.
Also as for you question on body kits, those two you found on google, are probably the only two you will find. Other then looking tacky, body kids just do not look on our cars (at least in most cases, as with everything there are exceptions).
