Default How do you replace rear struts? '96 Lexus ES300

My '96 ES 300 has pretty much no shock absorption at all in the rear. I want to replace the struts, but I don't see how you get at the top of the strut in the rear. I assume there is a bolt up there holding the top of the struts on, but I don't see how to get at it? Are there any online guides or instructions that I could check?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hmmm... I just found this article that covers '97 and forward ES 300 strut replacement:

http://michalscheck.com/lexus/struts/struts.html

Looks like you have to disassemble the interior... last time I did shocks was on a '73 Monte Carlo, it was way simpler

I'll have to yank out the rear seat and check it out. Has anybody done this? Hopefully the procedure is similar to what's listed in the above article.
