I have a 92 ES300. A few days ago, I treid to unlock the drivers side door with the key, and it would not turn completely or unlock the door, though the other acutators were working. I climbed in pass door and attempted to open manually, the manual unlock button will not work as well. I have tried remote, interior electric opener, lifting the handles both inside and outside, jimmying with key and remotes. etc. etc. Any idea what the problem might be?

sounds like something got inside your door and is obstructing the mechanism, since you can not even manually unlock it.

replace the lock / latch assembly 300 at toyota or try a junkyard
