On my 1996 ES 300 the buttons are no longer lit up on the climate control. They starting going out one by one about a year ago. Is there a way to repair this without replacing the entire climate control unit?

I tried to search the site for a fix but couldn't find it. Either my search skills are poor or there isn't one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
