Default Moved on up - THE VERDICT from Moving on Up Thread

Hey Guys,

So here' the verdict from my original Moving on Up thread.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es3...ing-on-up.html

I picked up an '02 GS430 on Thursday Night March 19, 2009

Platinum silver on grey leather interior.

Fully Loaded with MLS, Navigation, Wood Grain Steering Wheel.

Only 37.5K on the odom.

Bought it from an 80yr grandma!!!

Sold the ES300 on Friday Night March 20, 2009. Sad to see her go but it went to a nice couple. The car did me really well.

Planning to register the GS430 on Monday.

I don't have my camera so no pics yet, but they'll come real soon.

Sad to say, I'll be hanging around the 2nd Gen - GS forums more often as a result.

You guys helped me a bunch with the post(s) you've shared over the years and I learned a lot about the ES.

Thanks for the knowledge and being a cool group of folks to waste my time with.

Feel free to PM me about anything.

Congrats on the new GS Ken! I knew you were going to go that route, I had no doubt. Plus you have been looking at the GS for a while now. Can't wait to see the mods!

Thanks guys! I just got her registered today so I'll be driving her starting tomorrow. i'm all giddy just thinking about her. Kind of feel like the first time again. Hopefully I won't be too nervous and stomp on the gas all the way to feel her roar. Yeah it was like that. LOL

Pics to come tomorrow night. That reminds me. I have to update my sig.

Managed to get a hold of a digital camera at work. Instead of uploading pictures twice here's the thread in the GS forum.

The 2nd gen GS430 is one of the best Lexus ever made, congrats!

I like it more then the 3nd gen GS430.

We got 2 2nd gen GS300 in the family, I love them everytime I drive them, and makes me wonder if I should of bought a 05' GS430 instead of my 05' LS430. They were very similar in price at the time, that is why I went with the bigger one, since we never had a LS.
