Radio Woodgrain
Does anyone know if it is possible to convert a 97-99 radio rec to the woodgrain version that comes in the 00-01? The faces seem to be the same shape. I am thinking of getting a used 00-01 radio and if the plugs are different in the back maybe I can swap just the face plates. I don't want to go with the after market overlays. Any suggestions welcome.

Ok I did some research and flound out that you cannot swap the pasltic on the faceplate because the circuit board screw holes are different.
Does anyone know how to wire the later radio to the older harness? I heard it's been done before.
