After not having my car for about 2weeks -taking it to the dealer, then back to a friend mechanic, the car was fixed- problem: the ECU was damaged. I bought one on ebay total $60dollars and car working good, but not before paying $170 dollars dealer diagnostics(which didn't tell me anything)CROOKS! and $126 towing and all the EGR stuff.
HERE IS THE IRONY. On the way home a man trying to cross the hwy didn't see me and I hit him. THE CAR WAS TOTALLED! hahaha what a laugh. I didn't truly get to see if the car would last fixed more than 20 days, like the last time I thought it was fixed when I replaced the catalytic converter. OH WELL, good news- rid of the car and got my the money I paid for it back and a little more. Thank goodness the Dude had insurance!
