I also need to do this, the top of my back seats are starting to crack and rip, I would assume a leather kit of some sort is out there. I'm going to take it to this detailing place this weakend and see what they have to say. I'll let you know afterwards.

take it to mexico, where they do reupholstering and other stuff like tinting for sooooo cheap...but i guess you're in canada. once your leather is visibly aging (drying, cracking, etc) it's very hard to get it like new, but you can use leather cleaner and conditioner to get the original color (cream or black) back. Meguiars makes a few diff't leather products i think. or you can use those german or english bottles. whatever you do, DON'T USE VINYL CLEANING STUFF!!!! trust me on that.

some ppl went to my house once to restore the leather on my sisters old *** camry....and let me tell you the leather looked brand new when they were done with it!!! i dont know what the procedure is called though, but rest assured that there is a way!
