no torque wrench on spark plugs, because you don't know what condition the threads are in, the crush washer [whether it's been used/crushed before], etc. that's insanity. go by feel on that one. usually, you would turn it not more than 1/4 [90 degrees] after it is is finger tight, supposed to be about 1/8 turn [45 degrees]

Basically, make sure you crush the washer.
