Hello CL, I've been browsing here for a few years now (previously owned an 01 IS300, now a 98 ES300) and I finally have an issue that I don't seem to find an easy anwser for. Recently purchased my 98 es and have had very few issues, but as of today my power door locks are acting up. They won't completely lock or unlock via either the key from the drivers door or either interior switch. After messing with it for a little all the door motors seem to make a click sound when twisting the key twice or pressing either button in the car, however its almost like there isn't enough juice to completely lock or unlock. My windows work perfectly fine, but I do plan on pulling and testing my master switch as per the factory service manual later today. I was curious if this is common (ie dirty switch, blown fuse that Im not finding, bad wiring in door jam, or crapped out integrated control unit). I dont have the key fob so I cant try that way, however I can hear the int control unit click each time. Sorry for the novel and thanks in advance. Shawn

have a 93 es300...same problem a month ago....seems your problem is the
theft warning/door unlock relay.....in my car is underneath the glove box.
remove it and go underneath and you should have black box on the left side looking from underneath press any door switch
and click got to come from there....replace it and problem solved..
but since you car is a few years newer than mine the part can be in a different place or totally diferent system
