im so pissed right now. Yesterday my car was hit while PARKED. some 84 year old lady who should'nt be driving in the first place somehow hit my parked car while making a illegal u-turn. the insurance company ust called and said my car may be a total-loss, so now im screwed, im out of a car for something i had nothing to do with, and i was slowly starting to use it as my daily driver and was starting to really like this car. and the fact that i will probley only get 4G's tops for it makes me even more pissed. i paid 9,000 for it, plus all the mods brings it to well over 12,000. sry for the rant, just really pissed off.

anyone think of a price at a good body shop for it?

Yikes. And especially with the bad economy they will be pairing up the value in 'current' market prices, so yeah...

don't accept anything less than the fair value for it. if you have to, go to court. she may have insurance with deep pockets. if not, then she may have deep pockets herself. you never know. fight for your right!

insurance said they would cover it, inspector came today and the estimate came out to $4,453.83. 50 bucks more and it would have been total loss. dropped it off at a body shop 10 min ago


they said about a week and it should be done.
