Default Removing the power window panels on the door armrests

Just an FYI - the rear of the panel has an L shaped plastic tail that will SURELY break if you try to pry up from the rear - you need to pry from the front! Then, to reinstall, insert the rear tab into the cutout, push back, then press the front down until it snaps. BE CAREFUL - trying to find a whole one of these is almost impossible! I finally found one on eBay that the tab was broken, but I was able to screw a metal L shaped bracket to the stub that was still there to make it work.

Most panels have a metal spring on both ends, but not the Lexus!
