Race with 55mmF and 45mmR......?
and someone told me... those Race spring would kill my shocks even though we change to aftermarket shocks like tokico...is it ture....?

with race or sport springs you will be killing your ride quailty.
you do need new shocks if you're lowering your vehicle, stock shocks aren't made to handle extra work you'll be putting on them. tokico aren't the best, they tend to blow out quickly. kony, or kyb are good shocks. if you lower your vehicle more then 1.5" (1" = 25.4mm) you may need a camber kit to go with. without it your car may be unstable and unsafe to drive.
