wow that's the exact hose i need to replace on my 96... the 2nd link llcoolpass gave had it listed at $147... *slamming head on desk*.... geez for a freakin hose... gotta get it though... thanks for all the info - i was kinda lost till i found this site...

well i managed to find a used one from the guy i purchased the car from in the first place lol. he charged e 30. got it put in the picture only highlights a piece of it but yea it's a pipe that goes around and under the engine to the power steering or whatever. but yea the used replacement doesn't look so i'm happy about that.
I have one last leak the power steering pump to the rack and pinion i need an O ring for that i don't know where to find one. if anyone could help that'd be much appreciated.

got the hose changed - it was pretty tough - the connection on the bottom side (where it comes from the pump) was pretty hard to get to.. but it works like a champ! no leaks no drips.. finally!
