Default hesitation problem (please help)

Whats up everybody. I have a 1993 es300 5 speed when i first start the car in the morning and give it gas it will just sputter and it has no power once its warmed up it runs fine but if i get on it it will hesitate like a bucking feeling once its warm I had the timing belt replaced, plugs, fuel filter i even had the proffesional fuel system cleaner done on the car and i run premium fuel i also have a open air filter with adaptor i thought this might cause the problem i appreciate any info.

Default Hesitation

Hi

I am not sure if you had sorted the problem but I was wondering if it isn't your oxygen censor.

No. The timing was at 8 it supposed to be at 10 so we went higher to see what would happen and now the car runs great.
