Sup yall,
I am looking to do a steering wheel swap. I currently have a '99 es all leather steering wheel and just found someone on craigslist with a year 2000 platinum series es that he is parting out. He says that there is no air bag and that the wood grain steering wheel is tan in color. Can I still make it work without the airbag even though I have an airbag in my currently installed leather steering wheel. Maybe I can switch them out? Also regarding the tan color, how can I make sure that this colorway will match my tan interior? Is the fact that the es with the wood grain steering wheel from a year 2000 and my es a 1999 a problem or are they compatible. I read the DIY post on removing the steering wheel and airbag. Are these directions applicable to 1999-2001 es?
I appreciate all the help and the sooner the better because I need to tell this guy if I want it or not because he might sell the car to a junk yard.
Here is a pic of my es300

Hey, I have no idea about this steering wheel swap, but I do like those wheels. Would those fit on a '97 es300. If so could you please tell what they are and what size they are?
