I see you have a 1993. Chances are your needles/cluster backlights are burned out. Check the DIY sticky at the top for Lexucan's DIY smokin' hot red tipped needles and backlighting.

Chances are any questions you hold have already been answered before so make sure to liberally use our Search function to dig up the hidden treasure that might help you.
