Default Thank You

I just want to take a moment to say Thank You for all that make this site such a great resource. I have turned to this site to keep my ES300 running in good shape and the advice here has been excellent.

A couple days ago my CEL came on, I took it to autozone and was told my purge valve was clogged. I came on here and searched "purge", I had a page of threads to look through and was able to fix my problems with a simple $22 fuel cap, instead of taking it to the Lexus dealer and getting charged god knows what.

It is like having a mechanics experience at your fingertips.

Thank you contributors!

You saved a bunch on that one. The dealer would charge $75 for diagnosis (plugging in his OBDII scanner and reading the code), then mark up on a new cap, and you'd be out $120+ but you'd have a nice cup of Starbucks and watch some TV.
