vcv10 =/= mcv20

So it might be a problem to get it to bolt on, however the 3rd gen is only half an inch wider than the 2nd gen (where exactly I have no idea). So I'm guessing with some knowledge of body work, money, and lots of time it could be done. And would probably look sexy.

It could be done, but you would most likely need to adjust or cut it here and there etc. I haven't done that one before, but It could be done.

How exactly do people warp their "lip" anyway? I could never figure it out. All I can think of is heat+cold or people running into snow banks or some obstacle

Mine is still perfect though hehe

Curbs. The metal bracket that runs along the inside of the bumper directly paralle (sp?) to the black bumper spoiler gets bent. It's decently stiff metal, so it will hold the bumper in that shape.

Mine is fine too. I actually pulled an entire set of the metal brackets and bumper spiler from the pick and pull a few weeks back. 100% unbent. I couldn't believe it.

As for the 97-01 bumper on your 94, no. Not a chance it will fit, unless you know a lot of custom work. Different shape and size, ALL different mounting points. Won;t line up with hood or headlights. The bumper foam won;t work. I do crazy 1 off custom work, and everyone thinks it's easier then it is.

I've noticed yours is perfect in those pictures. One of the few.

It will fit, it just won't 'fit' properly.

To the OP, if you have time and skill to cut, adjust, fit, fabricate and spray than you can do it pretty easily.

^ NO it wont 'fit'.
You are saying it wont 'fit properly'... therefore it wont fit to begin with.

Why bother customizing such a thing? No point.

Ahh, makes sense. Guess the curbs in SoCal aren't as high up as the places everyone else goes to...
