Question How do you clear "Error 3" from your stereo?

I have a 2004 ES330. Last weekend I was changing out a cd and as the player pulled the cd completly into the player it locked up and started reading "Error 3" on the display. The cd has been removed but when I select disk the display still reads "Error 3" and still doesn't work. Does anyone know what "Error 3" is and how to clear it? I've tried disconnecting the battery for several hours ( left the connection off overnight)...

ERROR CODE DESCRIPTIONS:

^ Error 1: Dirty Disc/Cannot Read Disc (Clean CD as needed and try again.)

^ Error 3: Mechanical Malfunction (Replace CD player.)

^ Error 4: CD Player Overcurrent (Allow CD player to cool and try again.)

Yup, my IS thru error 3, I have a new stacker now.

As a side note: the printable CD-Rs that are marginally thicker than a regular store bought CD are just thick enough to screw with the stacker.
