well i was changing the oil on my wifes es300 and noticed i was missing a hose on the intake manifold right after the throttle body. Right next to it theres a valve that has a plug.

I tried to find out where it went and couldn't locate where it came from also didn't see any hose just dangling around.

also i saw a hose on the charcoal cannister that was bent. but don't know where to plug the other end into?

That hose runs to the back of the firewall and plugs into a canister looking thing about halfway through (in front of the middle plug wire..)
I took sum pics as crappy as they may look it'll give u an idea of where it plugs into..

Vegas is too far.. Thought you were somewhere in CA.

What about the charcoal cansiter? How it functions?
Basically it retrieves and/or stores the fuel vapor (HC - Hydrocarbons) inside the the canister and throw it back to the intake for re-burn.

GS4 fiend. okay so that hose is supposed to go back into the intake someplace coz i couldnt see where it went. is there a way you can take a picture of it? its the hose thats closest to driverside fender right under the brake master cylinder. thanks
