Belt, pump, cam & crank oil seals must replace. Next I would also replace tensioner, pretty much min. If you plan on keeping the car for a long time, replace the pulleys too.
Too much work to replace just a few parts.

Care to elaborate on the tensioners and pulleys? "pretty much min". Also, how much more would the cost (parts) be for tensioner and pulleys? Thanks!

im at 125k... am i pushing it without these replacements?

matt - have u purchased a kit from them? do u think its worth it? or do "you get what you pay for"? or is there really a big difference between that and toyo/lex parts?

you might as well replace everything at one time coz its a pain in the butt. i got all my stuff at Meyers for $350 came with belt pump both pulleys and tensioner.
