Belt, pump, cam & crank oil seals must replace. Next I would also replace tensioner, pretty much min. If you plan on keeping the car for a long time, replace the pulleys too.
Too much work to replace just a few parts.

Care to elaborate on the tensioners and pulleys? "pretty much min". Also, how much more would the cost (parts) be for tensioner and pulleys? Thanks!

Your certainly pushing the timing belt! There are kits that include the water pump, belt, and both idler pulleys. $50 gets you a tensioner also.

Are those Toyota prices? If so, $33 for tensioner is a great deal.

Nope - I'm at 96k now and need to change mine. Are those Toyota prices you quoted? If so, I might just go with that for another $150.
