But have used this site for research from time to time. This may or may not be an electrical problem, But has me stumped. I own a 1995 es300 that has a cell phone hook up that produces a dial tone (like pressing a digit) once I turn the ignition to the ACC position. The tone began when the battery cable came loose. Since then, I cannot figure out how to turn it off. I tried reseting the computer by disconnecting the negative cable to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
