What would be causing this - deacceleration 1000rpm -> 1250 jerk

oh, im assuming you drive the 2nd gen ES? because the 3rd gen MAF is different.

ivory - yes ive cleant the egr valve and i get no codes, but i will check the tps position and maybe fiddle with it a bit and see what happens because i do remember taking off those screws while cleaning and the mark that was there was a big spot so i might be off a little bit, thanks

just wanted to make sure... did this happen before u did the 3 clicks on the AFM?

swifty - yes ive always had this issue before touching stuff

like im still getting it now when going downhill, on a straight its fine, pumps itself upto 1500 once and stays there
