Default IS 300 Wheels on 97 ES300-My saga

So, here is my experience.

Bought a nice set of new OEM repros from OE Wheels in Fla. 17 By 7 wide.

Arrived in very nice shape. Bought tires (general) from Tire Rack.

Went to install. Found out we needed 10 MM spacers for all four wheels. Back wheels rubbed strut. Fronts were too close to the brake calipers.

Also, we needed new, shorter lugs from Lexus.

So, it cost more money than I had planned for. But, the the look is awesome.

I will post pix soon.

Not sure what you mean by setup?

Other than the wheels and de-badging, the car is stock.

Mine is a 2000ES. If I'm not mistaken all I need to do to put '01 - '04 17" IS wheels on my car is to buy 10mm spacers (4) and the shorter lugs from Lexus. Am I correct?
Could anyone tell me EXACTLY what lugs to get from Lexus? Also - could anyone tell me where I should buy the spacers?
Thanks,
Martin

I've got a 2000 ES300 and I want to put 17" IS rims on it. Where should I buy the 10mm spacers? Can you tell me EXACTLY what bolts I need to buy from Lexus? I'll buy the 215/50-17 Michelin Primacy tires.
Thanks,
Martin
