So i got in my car today..
and as soon i as my rear view mirror turned dark my reaction was "omg, what NOW?!"
check this out, my rear view mirror doesnt turn dark on both sides and when its not dark(non fogged up) those 2 dots are slightly purplish or pinkish.. any explanation for this and how i might be able to fix it??

personally, i would not care enough to bother changing it...
With that said, look around for local cars being parted or something along those lines?
Screw eBay, people on there parting cars are scammers. And since your interior is beige, you will be better off finding parts for it vs. my black/grey interior.

the 1999 ES mirrors listed for $264 ea and may need paint.
good thing the rear view mirror is not needed, it lists for $825. Not sure why.
