I have a question for you guys, I have a 94 ES300 and all of the sudden my AC doesnt blow any cold air the air still blows out hard but its just hot air... So I took it to Ice Cold Air which is a franchise down here in Florida, needless to say I wouldnt trust a single thing that any of these guys would say, but they were offering a free analysis/evaluation so I said what the hell why not lets see what they have to say, They called me and said it would be $400 to fix my issue. They said I needed an expansion valvee, a drier, flush condensner and vach + recharge. That seems an awful lot for something so little and simple.....
has anyone else has any experience with this issue and if so what do you recommend? I looked the parts up online and they were about half the price of what the *** clown at Ice Cold Air quoted me. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

$400 for that service is really quite reasonable,, why do you think that "is so little and simple". I would suggest purchasing the parts and doing it yourself so that you can save all the money on such a simple job and avoid the "*** clown" to use your own words.

The mid-90's ES models are notorious for bad expansion valves in the AC
systems.
$400 is not unreasonable for this repair. You are correct that the parts are cheap. It is the labor involved in getting to the expansion valve that runs the repair cost up.
Our local Lexus dealership was going to charge us $700 for this repair several years ago. A local auto AC repair shop did it for about $500, as I recall.
