its not just about how it looks to you. its against the law to take that off. there's a reason for the rules.

clear corners are not illegal, as long as the bulb is still amber in most states, then some states dont care what color you use.

In California, the bulb or color can be either white/clear or amber/yellow for the front turn signals and running lights.

Yeah Im not taking anything away from the originality of the car by removing the amber reflector and replacing it with the clear reflector from the aftermarket corner lights and I am using a chrome 1157 amber bulb to keep it legal.

yes they will. the only major exterior difference between the 97-99 and 00-01 is the front bumper. Everything else will fit
