1996 ES300 with 186,000 miles

What service items should I be thinking about?

When do I need to change timing belt/water pump again?
It leaks oil sometimes (few drips), how can I diagnose and fix this?
What about spark plugs?
Radiator was replaced about a year ago

I may be thinking about seafoaming the car, is this a good idea?

Also, the ES just got new tires and an alignment done.
Should I be thinking about the suspension?
