How many quarts of Amsoil ATF do I need?

With my RX300, I do it 3 times over 3 weeks (and each week of driving must be at least 100 miles). 5 days of commuting does the trick. On the last drain and fill, that's when I take out the pan and change the filter. Also be sure to drain the front differential. It's a horizontal facing plug just a bit behind where the pan area is. Even those there are those two drain bolts, the fluid is still filled through the transmission dipstick and the top and will flow into both areas. Your tranny should be the U140E, which is very similar to the U140F I have.

Amsoil ATF is quite good (arguably the best) and have used it before, however people who know me know I like to experiment. The one I used the last time was Redline D4. Both Amsoil and Redline D4 are Type-IV compatible. Royal Purple Max ATF is also very good. I know quite a few people with 1MZFE engines that have used these.
