96 2ES bumper bend
how could I get my front bumper stright again, without flexing and bending? it annoys me lol. the lower grille is stright, but the plastic under bends. im sure many know what im talking about. somewhat warped

I just fixed mine 1 week ago actually. Whats bent is the metal part in the bumper. You need to take it off and straighten it out.
Part #4 in the diagram is what is bent and holdign it in a bent shape. also, if you have a heat gun, you may want to heat up the plastic part and it should pop back into shape.

You do not need to take off the bumper for this.
There is 3 10mm bolts that hold on the center plastic spoiler. One in the middle, and 2 on the sides. So thats simple to take off. the upper metal brace (Whats bent and holding the bumper that way) is then held on by I think 3 small rivits. A simple everyday drill is all you need to drill out that rivit. Then you just need to pull it out, and bend it back to shape. There is plastic clips that hold the plastic piece to the metal, but that just pull right out.
If you want to properly rivit the metal pieve back onot the bumper, you can get a rivit gun kit (with the rivits in package) for like $10-$15.
