New wheels

Thanks all. Paid $1100 for everything including an alignment, road hazard warranty, install, balance, etc. Since then I saw a package deal on the internet for $850 or so, but not including shipping, balance & alignment, and I got these put on the same day I bought them.
Definitely need to lower it now...that's next on the list, but probably not for a couple of months. I'm a little sketched about lowering it with the crappy roads all around my house, but it will probably be cool...will probably get the H&R 1.6" springs from reading about them on this forum...sounds like they have a little smoother ride than others.

After you get the chrome rims from the person who didn't take care of them at first it is hard.

Why not 18's...well, first, more $$$ I didn't feel like I needed to spend since I like the look of the 17's.
Also, Denver roads are very bad because the weather changes so much...new potholes show up overnight on various streets betwen my home & work. I heard from more than one employee of more than one different tire company that almost every set of 18's they sell come back to replace a bent rim within about 6 months. I just can't afford that...I'm a little nervous with 40's on my 17's...if I could go back I'd probably go with 45's.
