Default Radio upgrade suggestions needed---2000 ES300

The wife swears she will drive her 2000 ES300 until it dies. Nothing wrong with the radio/CD changer/cassette; but, I'd like to upgrade it to a more modern type of radio with a CD player, front MP3 connection with a possible front SD memory card and front USB connection (just possible added ways to play recorded music).

Anyone have any suggestions on brands of radios that have these features that, hopefully, I could install myself.

Thanks, Lee

You're only limited by what you're willing to spend

What about this unit: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130P420...ures_and_specs

This is the unit I had in my now totalled Maxima (I pulled it out before it was hauled to the scrap yard). From reading, it says I will lose the factory satellite when I replace the unit, will need to bypass the factory amps, and will need to hardwire directly into the existing wires.

Has anyone used one of these in their car:
