Default Electric window motor REMOVAL????

Anyone ever taken the entire electric window mechanism out? Would be good to know how to do. I looked at the motor today as I have no trim on the doors... and I couldn't see where it would be possible to take the entire motor out unless i also take the metal pully out as well.

Checked this out, seems similar, except the one in the ES doesn't move like yours, only runs on a pully wire system. Well I think that's how mine is from what I remember.
Was it possible to take just the motor off? I'm finding it difficult as the phillips head screws don't want to budge...
