Exclamation All speakers on the right side of my 98' es300 out..

So i just purchased my 1998 es 300 in late January. The stereo worked fine but the 8'' sub wasn't working. A few weeks later all speakers on the right side of the car would fade in and out. Eventually all speakers on the right stopped working, i would turn off the radio for about 5 seconds and turn radio back on and the right speakers would mysteriously turn back on..??? As of now the right speakers have completely stopped working and haven't for about 3 weeks.

Anybody have any idea as to whats going on???

I would appreciate any help because i am waiting to put my 12'' sub and amp in after i figure out this problem!

Help!!

Also any info as to where the amp is located would be amazing!

hey i have a 94 1st gen and the factory amp is located under the front passenger seat althogh not much you can do with it... sounds to me like you may have a short in the wires behind the stereo or the factory amp may possibly be takin a s*** on you.. i would deffnatly take the sereo out and play with the wires to check for a short and if that is not it then i would guess that it may be the factory amp.. if that is the case it may be cheaper to replace the stock speakers with aftermarkets and bypass the amp.. you may also beable to take a test light and put it straight to the poer wire on the right speakers when the stereo is on to test for any power to them at all.. hope this helped a bit seen nobody else had some advice so just trying to throw a hand out there for ya
