so I have another question, I found all the parts I needed but for the fender and bumper it says they are primed, what does this mean. I know they do not come painted. it is very cheap though like 87$ for the fender. I found another Fender that is actually the same color as my car but it is like 350$.
My question is how much does it cost to have a fender painted. is it better to get the one that is already painted or should I get the one that is primed. I know if I get the one that is primed I would have to get it painted... does that cost alot?
Thanks everyone for all your help.

If you go to www.car-part.com you will be able to find parts at local junkyards. There are a ton in PA and really cheap too. I'm from NJ and when I need a couple of things I go to the junks in PA because they are cheaper than the one's here in NJ. You will easily be able to find the right color fender and bumper for a good price.

"Primed" means that the part has a primer coat (undercoat) on it and it is basically ready to be painted the color of your car.
In my opinion (if this was my car), I would probably opt to buy the primed parts and have them painted by a body shop. That is the only way to closely match the color. Otherwise, if you bought pre-painted parts, you could very easily end up with a fender and/or bumper that are a visibly different color than the rest of your car.

Thats a decent deal. You don't want to go to cheap, or the body shop will start to cut corners to make sure they still make a nice penny in the end.
