I just took my front license plate holder off today, the bolts were rusting, but it looks like crap underneath. What do you guys do with your front license plate? I mean, the people who aren't required to put a license plate there by law. I know EGainer took his off completely, anyone put a special plate on?

In North Carolina, I saw quite a few people with those smaller sized plates that had the car logo on a mirror finish.

They looked pretty nice. You could do that if you don't want two holes showing on your front bumper. Or get some plugs for those holes.

Yeah, I took my licence plate off. You can buy those at a dealer. The silver ones I mean. My dealer sells the ones for the front, that are skinnier than regular, so that they fit on the bumper. But you know that in order to put one on, you have to leave the licence plate holder on there. i took mine off all the way, I do not like having the licence plate on the front

Here at my dealer, we have the "LEXUS" in black on chrome, chrome on chrome, gold on chrome, or "L" in the same colors

I'm confused by this, Eric, because you just said they made them extra skinny to fit the bumper, which would defeat the purpose of having the licence plate holder under it, wouldn't it? I'm confused by this, because by the pictures I see in the photo gallery, it looks like there's nothing under the mini Lexus License plate.
