Likely the begining of a Blown Head Gasket. It's not too common on your engine though. What's the mileage?

Does it have a smell to it, if so what does it smell like? Check you're coolant level? It could just be condensation.

did the car sit for a while before you drove it ? could it be condensation in the exhaust system? that would smoke white too.

With that mileage on the original motor...

If the white smoke doesn't go away, it's usually a sign of coolant getting burned in the combustion chamber.
Pull some spark plugs out and inspect them.
A very clean looking(glossy) plug is a sign of coolant burning.

+1

Also there is usually a tan residue under the oil filler cap if you have a seeping HG. And there is a distinct sweet smell coolant makes when it is burned in the combustion chamber.

If you find that it is a SHG, you might as well put a newer engine in it rather than replace the HGs.
