Default Giving my OBDII Reader a workout - more codes (P1325)

Well, yesterday I replaced the faulty coil pack on cylinder 4. Then it said that cylinder 2 was burned out, so I replaced that one. It ran fine for the next hour, when I test drove it. This morning, I start it up, and it throws more codes, and won't rev past 2800 rpm. The code is P1325:

Igniter Circuit Malfunction (No. 6)

It also had a multiple cylinder missfire, but I assume they're related...

It came up in a different method than my other misfire codes, though. The cylinder 2 and 4 misfires were just generic codes, this one was Toyota specific. And when one cylinder was misfiring, it would rev past 2800 rpm, just not smoothly. This is a solid cap at about that rpm, but it doesn't feel like it has any misfires when it's revving up to that point. Also, while the previous misfire codes took about 1 minute to register in the OBD after clearing the codes, this one is instantaneous. WTF could be going on?

....ok, well, I can only think of a few things that would throw a specific igniter failure - either the igniter itself failed (I'm pretty sure it was one of the new ones, so i suppose that's possible - faulty part), or something upstream from it failed. Is the next step up the ladder the ECU, or is there something in between?
