I have a 1993 ES300 with approx 145,000 miles. Had a blown head gasket and got that taken care of. Now it stalls and dies at stops. I had codes pulled and its saying o2 sensors. Everyone is telling me its a vacuum issue and I have checked all the hoses. I had a crack in the flex hose attaching to the AIC and trimmed it off and reinstalled. Thought that was it then after running for a few minutes symptoms were back. Car has been in and out of shop for about 3 months total and baffles my mechanic. Can the o2 make it stall and die?

I also have some sort of back pressure from my dipstick tube, oil cap and the hose from my valve cover to air intake hose. White puffing smoke with pressure. Any ideas? Just had a Head Gasket done about 5000 miles ago. Video below

We (My mechanic and I) checked all of the obvious stuff like the pcv, all the vacuum hoses etc. with out any luck.

We cleaned the IAC and TPS with no luck. It starts and idles great then after about 5 mins of driving it has a rough idle at stops and at 10-15 minutes it will die before I stop. Thanks everyone for you input. I have been trying to fix this thing for over 6 months.
