Remove 2003 ES300 R Rear Door Handle?
Hi
I have succeeded in removing my door panel with help from searches here, but now I need to remove the door handle. I see a black plastic thing along the inside of the door at the handle, with one star screw. I have loosend that screw, but it doesn't seem to make anything loose, so I tightend it back up for now.
Hoping someone can give me some insight on removal before I screw something up

I guess no-one has anything on this here. The one tutorial available is not for this type of door handle. If I find something on some other forum, I'll try to remember to post back here a link.

REMOVE REAR DOOR W/MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH
Disconnect the connector.
Using a torx wrench (T30), remove the 3 screws and the rear door with motor lock assembly.
REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE COVER LH
Using a torx wrench (T30), loosen the screw and remove the rear door outside handle cover.
REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY LH
Pull and hold the release plate of the outside handle frame, as shown in the illustration.
Pushing the outside handle in the arrow mark direction in the illustration, remove the rear door outside handle. NOTE: If the release plate is not pulled and held when removing the outside handle assembly, then the release pate will interfere with the outside handle and it will damage the release plate.
REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
Using a torx wrench (T30), loosen the screw and remove the rear door outside handle frame.
