Haha.. I bought it with my cash. I've been working since I was 14. Parents didn't/don't pay a cent for anything to do with it.

Wow, at 22, I feel like an old man around here!!

OP, your car is CLEAN. If I HAD to gripe about something, I think the tint on the tails are a bit to dark, and I'm not a huge fan of the red caliper paint. And that is "nit-pickin" the hell out of it. You have a great looking car there....

^^ Agreed on the calipers.

Black/silver - that's it.

Any other color = RICE

How difficult is it to paint calipers? I was thinking about painting mine (black or silver, looks like i made a good choice haha) but don't know much about it.

It's not hard. Cleaning them is the hardest part. I used a steam cleaner and a scotch brite pad. I have actually gotten used to the red. They are the reason I am getting the 01 tails. The red of the tails will match the red caliper and the red center caps. Thinking of making a stencil of my avatar with my decal cutter and spraying something custom on the calipers.

its easy.

Sand them, brake cleaner, wait for that to dry [20 secs] spray on some Tremclad liberally. Done.

[QUOTE=kaldES98;5392133]Everyone is making their own thread for the transformation of their es300.. so I thought I might as well put everything I've done into one thread as well..
