Too bad, too. Because the design is SO clean and SO fit for the ES.

I believe someone else on the forum recently got the same wheels in 18s.. they looked pretty nice. I enjoy my lightweight wheels though.

Nicely done! I've been looking for a good source for some of those (but in 4500K) myself.

Exclamation Emblems

How and what did you use to
1) debadge and paint the embloms
2) paint the front grill

i have an 98 es300 in black and im thinking of painting the front grill matt black and the same with the embloms, i was going for a style like this but on my es 300

Thanks!

I used fishing line, goo gone, and a hairdryer to debadge. Then I cleaned up the badges(should have sanded too now I regret not sanding) put a few coats of wheel painting primer on, then I hit it up with some layers of duplicolor black wheel paint. Let the emblems/grill sit for an hour or so(I used a heat dish thing to cure the paint) and then use 3m outdoor double sided tape(should be red) to re apply the badges.

sanding down the grill and emblems then
putting on primer,
then paint? thanks

Haha thank you! Nope.. I just do my weekly interior clean: Clean and condition leather, vacuum/shampoo brush the floor matts, vacuum deodorize stain remove carpets. Comes out right.
