Very nice looking Lexus. Is removing the Lexus wording emblem easy to do or do you need to use a heatgun?

Do not de-badge... just another cheap ghetto mod. This is a Lexus not an 1993 Ford Taurus.

Take a look at the **es300***windom**hot Pic... Thread. Specially page 48. Do you see a cheap *** ghetto car there ? The best looking cars on the page are the ones with the least amount of mods.

They are pretty nice. I almost bought a set a few years back.

Anyways, i'd change those tires. Since the Nankang NS-1 is loud. Not sure what is on those wheels but yeah... Then again Nankang tires are cheap to buy and decent, if you get the Nankan NS-2 tires - they are pretty quiet and last a good amount of time.

But i highly recommend the General Exclaim UHP tires, since they are awesome and for you USA guys' they are always on sale in the 100$ range for that 18" size IIRC.

And the 225/40/18 tire would be best suited for the car/wheel since it doesn't make it that harsh of a ride.

And for those wheels ask about the offset and width.

With an 18x8 an ET40 looks great and clears with no mods to the body.

Heatgun, dental floss/fishing line and some goo gone to clear off remaining glue. Really easy, all the badges except for the 'L' on the hood and trunk are glued on. The 'L' have holes behind them.

Ugh... maybe you should check those pics again. Most of those car's are badgeless.

A handful of those guys' trying to mimic the 'USA Lexus' put badging on to replace their Toyota & windom emblems.

Most of those guys have the holes in the hood filled and keep one emblem and badge out back.

I do not think it looks cheap, it is proportionate to the color IMO and what badges you are taking off.

Just because you have a completely stock car, you shouldn't negate anyone elses opinion since your stock car looks best to YOU.

I meant Page. 47... those on 48 look ghetto fabulous

On Page. 47 you can compare the classic 3rd Generation ES badged and naked side by side. The debadged ones look like Ford Thunderbirds.

Again this is my opinion. You can't account for taste....

Everyone has an opinion and i respect all of yours. For now i will not debadge it, its a nice car, so i guess it being there isnt anything i should be ashamed off. Also, if you see the interior pics, there are very minor cracks in my leather seats, is there anyway to make them go away?

Since my last pics i have added new tires, struts, 6000k HID lights and a parking permit on the passenger front window, now at 146k miles. The lights to have a really bad glare, but i have driven infront of this car before in pitch darkness and it doesn't glare very much if at all, would have the stock hid reflectors, but moneys tight and need to save it for the strut mounts

Looks Great! Definitely cleaned up. I'd save up money for the actual HID Headlights, but other than that your good to go unless you want new rims and suspension.

I recommend you change the interior lighting to all LED's if you haven't already.
