uhhhh idk but its easy as messs..... well for 96 and believe they the same radio but sense idk i will leave it to watever haha

just pop out the air vents, and the small trim between the radio and ashtray, and remove the 4 screws. takes 5 minutes, lol.

yea see i wasnt sure if it was the same yes very easy i didnt even kno that the air vents came out b4 i took my radio out haha

It's not open-heart surgery. You can take apart half the interior with your key by prying on trim pieces...

Default 97 Lexus ES300 Radio/Stereo replacement

Recently I did replace the stock radio with after market double din multi media unit (GPS, Blue Tooth, DVD, Radio etc. etc.) all built in. Did cost me about $240. I left a youtube video too for those who may be interested.
