Hey guys i have a problem my key is stuck in my ignition and won't come out i tried to push it in and turn it but it still won't come out what could be the cause of this so anybody help me out. 96 es300

 

Turn the steering wheel a bit then try again

 

Is your car in park? The shifter might be stuck in between park and reverse.

 

yea i go with good on this turn wheel while trying to get key out it sometimes locks up. at least i kno mine does sometimes

 

On top of what the other said, I had this happen once on my '96 Camry. It took around 5 minutes of fiddling with it to get it out. The lock cylinder was sticking. IF this is the case for you, when you do get it out, spray some dry graphite into the lock to lubricate it.
