Pics of es300\98 with 07 ES350 wheels
Just installed 7 spoke design es350 2007 wheels with michelins 215/50/17 xse, more road noise, but better handling and so far better mpg.

yes, my mistake they are ES wheels, (post updated).
I got lucky on CL, bought the wheels for $250 for 5 rims 3k miles on the wheels (like new), and 4 new Pilot HX MXM4 tires on CL for $265..cheap upgrade.

Those look hot. YES, you got lucky! I've been looking for some Lexus stock rims/tires to throw on my car. Maybe I'll start looking for these.

I believe the ES350 rims are 17x7 with a +45mm offset.
Yes, 17" rims will be better for daily driving, although 18" isn't terrible either. 17" will give you better ride comfort and will also be a bit quieter.
